Client Agreement
Services
All packages include full service of your candy buffet from set up to clean up. Rental of glass containers, table linens, decorations props, personalized signage, scoops and tongs. Displays are designed by our candy specialist according to your theme/colors. Our candy stylist is responsible for picking out the candy according to your theme/colors. We can take special requests for specific candy depending on availability. Requesting specific candy can result in an increase of your candy table balance. Guest are welcome to take only candy/desserts on the display in the candy bags provided. Clients to provide table(s) for display-size will be recommended according to package. Candy attendant (optional) will assist guest in serving and refilling the table. There is a $35 per hour fee. Attendant must be booked at least 30 days prior to your event.
Payment / Deposit requirements
To book and reserve your date, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required along with a signed agreement by the client. The $100 deposit is applied to the overall balance. Payments can be made in form of cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay. We DO NOT accept check of any kind for payments. The total balance has to be paid in full 5 days prior to the date of your event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Liability
Client agrees to assume full responsibility and liability for any and all claims arising out of the candy buffet display or it’s employees. Sugar Wasted Candy Buffets will not be liable for any injuries, allergic reaction, choking, or damages caused by any item on the display or the display itself. Client indemnity Sugar Wasted Candy Buffet and holds Sugar Wasted Candy Buffets harmless from claims, actions, proceeding, costs, damages and liability including attorney fees and court costs arising out of in connections with or resulting from the service.
Damages or Stolen Equipment:
In the case that the equipment of the candy buffet is lost, damage or stolen, the client agrees to the full replacement value.
This agreement has been executed and delivered by the client and acknowledges that upon acceptance the valid execution hereof by Sugar Wasted Candy Buffets this agreement shall be binding whether transmitted in person, by mail, by e-mail, fax or via Text message.
